Order and Delivery Information

Shipping Fee

For orders under 2500₺, a flat-rate shipping fee of 250 TL is applied throughout Turkey. We do not ship to the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.

Shipping Time

We aim to ship your orders on the same day whenever possible. Products in stock are usually handed over to the shipping company the same day. Merit Spor is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

• Saturday: Couriers operate for half a day.
• Sunday: No shipments are made.

Delivery Time

The delivery time for your orders after dispatch is typically 1–3 business days depending on your location. The delivery is made to you or someone you have authorized at the provided address.

Important Notes During Delivery

• The courier may request a valid ID at the time of delivery.
• Please open and inspect your package in the presence of the courier.
• If the item is missing, incorrect, or damaged, do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to prepare an official report.

Missing or Incorrect Product

Important Delivery Guidelines

• If the package is damaged, wet, or crushed, do not accept it. In this case, it will be returned to us by the shipping company.
• After accepting delivery, open the package with the courier and inspect the contents.
• If there are missing or damaged items, make sure the courier records a damage report.
• Returns may not be accepted if damage is reported hours after delivery and no official report is available.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, complete, and undamaged.

The invoice must be included with the returned product.

If You Are Not Present at the Delivery Address

If you are not available at the address during delivery, the courier will leave a Delivery Attempt Notice. You must collect your package from the local courier branch within 3 days.
